Tahini Hummus
Hummus Ingredients:
1 cup soaked sesame seeds
1 cup chopped red bell pepper
1 cup chopped zucchini
2 tbsp. lemon juice
¼ tsp. Himalayan sea salt
½ tsp. onion powder
½ tsp. garlic powder
½ tsp. red pepper
½ tsp. smoked paprika
½ cup tahini
Directions:
Soak the sesame seeds for 2 to 4 hours. Drain and rinse the seeds. Place the sesame s Place all the ingredients into a Vitamix, and blend until creamy smooth. Add the remaining ingredients to the Vitamix. Blend until creamy smooth.
Note: The garnish consists of Cauliflower Floret, and Julian Dehydrated Bell Pepper.
Makes 3 cups.
Will last in the refrigerator in an airtight container for 3 to 5 days. Lasts in the freezer for 1 month.
