Pumpkin Spiced Topping

Ingredients:
1 cup medium sized pitted dates
1 cup filtered water
¼ tsp. Pink Himalayan sea salt
2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice

Directions:
Place the dates into a measuring cup with the water. Let soak for 30 minutes. Place the dates into a Vitamix. Add the pumpkin pie spice and salt to the Vitamix and blend until creamy smooth.

Will last 3 to 5 days in the refrigerator. Will last a month in the freezer.
