Spicy BBQ Zucchini Swirls

Ingredients:
3 large organic zucchini
2 tbsp. olive oil
½ cup nutritional yeast
1 tsp. smoky paprika
½ tsp. onion powder
½ tsp. garlic powder
¼ tsp. Himalayan sea salt
½ tsp. chili powder
½ tsp. natural mesquite smoked flavor powder

Directions:
Take a turning slicer with a straight blade and slice the zucchini into spiralized strips. Make sure to cut the tips off each end before slicing. Place the zucchini into a large bowl. Drizzle the oil over the strips. Make sure the zucchini is totally covered with oil using your hands. Sprinkle them with nutritional yeast and hand massage that in. Make sure the slices are evenly coated. Take the rest of the ingredients and sprinkle that on the slices. Hand massage those in as well. Take two Excalibur dehydrator trays with teflex sheets. Spread the slices evenly on the trays. Make sure that there is enough air space between the slices. Turn the dehydrator to 115 degrees for 8 hours. Flip them halfway through the cycle. Do not remove the teflex sheets from the trays during the 8 hours in the dehydrator. Garnish with Bell Pepper Florets

Will last for 7 days in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
