Note: 1 cup of cashews should be soaked in filtered water for 4 hours prior to use.

Rosemary Spread

Ingredients:
1 cup cashews
¼ tsp. Himalayan sea salt
1 heaping tbsp. fresh garlic
½ tsp. onion powder
1/8 tsp. black pepper
2 tbsp. nutritional yeast
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/8 cup filtered water
2 tbsp. finely chopped rosemary

Directions:
Drain and rinse the cashews. Place all of the ingredients, except for the rosemary, into a high speed blender and blend until creamy smooth. Remove from the blender and place it into a Tupperware container. Add the rosemary and mix it in with a spoon until evenly distributed.

Makes 1 cup

Will last 3 to 5 days in the refrigerator
