Banana Cinnamon Treats
Ingredients:
Ripe bananas
Cinnamon
Directions:
Slice the bananas. Place them on an Excalibur dehydrator tray with a teflex sheet. Sprinkle the slices with cinnamon. Place them in the dehydrator at 115 degrees for 8 to 10 hours. Halfway through the dehydration, take them out of the dehydrator and flip each piece over by hand. Sprinkle them with cinnamon and put them into the dehydrator for the remaining 4 to 5 hours.
Will last several weeks in the refrigerator in an air tight container. If they soften up, place them back in the dehydrator for another 3 hours.
